Click on "Start" --> Run --> Type cmd and click on OK.

"Command Prompt" will be opened.

Here I assume your flash drive letter as G: and Folder name MOVIE   (G:\Movie)

Now enter the below command.  

To Hide
attrib +h +s "G:\movie"  
Press Enter

To Un Hide
attrib -h -s "G:\movie"
Press Enter

with this you canot able to see the folder if show hidden folder option is active also
